The Melodians party band plays a diverse mix of classical, jazz, and blues to country, tango, bossa nova, film music, folk, rock, and popular hits. Their repertoire includes songs in over ten languages. Melodians perform both acoustically and electro-acoustically, offering a mix of covers and original compositions. The band members come from various countries and bring different musical backgrounds. The musicians share a common passion and love for music. With great dedication, they always offer the best to their audience. Jarek is a multi-instrumentalist. He plays with Melodians trumpet, bass guitar and piano
He studied at the Music Academy in Wroclaw, playing and recording with legends such as Phil Collins.
Graduated from the musical study in Poland. Her stage debut was the role of Gavroche in the musical 'Les Misarbles'. She played in the world's greatest musicals, in varoius countries: 'Phantom of the Opera' (Carlotta Giidicelli), 'West Side Story' (Maria), 'Wizard of Oz' (Dorothy), 'Hair' (Sheila), 'Grease' (Frenchy), 'Aladdin' (Iago) , 'Scrooge' (Kathy), 'Mamma Mia' (Rosie) Miss Saigon, 'Chicago' (Annie), 'Fiddler on the roof' and many others.
For 20 years she played in the largest musical theater in Poland, the Roma Theater. Monika also played in dramatic plays, such as 'See how they run', for which she received an acting award.
Victor began his musical career in Venezuela at the age of 6 in the children's and youth orchestra in San Cristobal. He played later in different orchestras in his city. In 2004 he graduated with a 'Bachelor of Arts' degree in music. In 2005 he belonged to the binational youth orchestra (Colombia and Venezuela). After moving to Peru, he played as a regular in the 'UPAO Orchestra' in the city of Trujillo and as a guest in the 'Trujillo Symphony Orchestra'. He also worked as a teacher in different musical schools such as 'Sonetto' and 'Montessori International College'.
He currently plays at the 'OGW Orchestergesellschaft' in Winterthur, gives private violin lessons and plays with the Melodians.
Tomek started his musical career in Poland in the 90s as a bassist, singer and songwriter in punk rock bands with which he recorded several albums and played many concerts. The album of the band INRI from those years called Futur, which contains a lot of his songs, was released in 2022 on a vinyl record.
Later in Switzerland, as part of the Lasowiacy folk group, he organized and led a children's string ensemble with a folk profile, where he played the bass cello.
Currently he plays western guitar, writes songs and is involved in the organization of the music group Melodians.
